Current data model

• Game progress, settings, collection data, and breeding history are stored locally on the device in a versioned save file.
• The first TestFlight candidate is planned without production advertising or in-app purchase providers.
• Aqua Breed does not currently require an account and does not sell personal information.
• Local notifications may be used for care or breeding reminders when the player enables notification permission.

Diagnostics

The exact signed build and included software development kits will be reviewed before App Privacy answers are finalized. If a shipping build adds crash reporting, analytics, advertising, or StoreKit-related data handling, this policy will be updated before that collection begins.

Your choices

You can decline notifications in iOS Settings. Because the current build stores progress locally and does not use an Aqua Breed account, deleting the app and its local data removes the current game profile. A reset control may also be provided inside the app.

Future ads and purchases

Optional rewarded ads and premium purchases are planned game features, not active claims about the first TestFlight candidate. Before either is enabled, Black Thorn Labs LLC will disclose the actual providers, data practices, purchase restoration behavior, and applicable privacy choices.

Children

Aqua Breed is not directed to children under 13. Age-rating and privacy answers will be completed against the exact release build before public App Store submission.
