Helpful details

• Dockside Defense app version and build number.
• iPhone model and iOS version.
• The screen, island activity, wave, turret, or feature where the problem occurred.
• What you expected, what happened, and whether it repeats.
• Approximate date and time, including your time zone, for an ad problem.
• A screenshot only when it does not reveal private information.

Never email passwords, Apple account credentials, verification codes, payment details, or advertising identifiers.

Common fixes

The game will not launch or closes unexpectedly

1. Install the latest available Dockside Defense build.
2. Restart the iPhone and confirm that iOS has available storage.
3. Note whether the problem occurs before the menu, during a defense wave, or after a specific action.
4. Email the build number and device details if the issue continues.

Progress or settings look wrong

Dockside Defense currently saves progress locally. Close and reopen the game once. If you want us to investigate the current save, do not delete the app first. Email the app version and the most recent action that saved correctly.

A rewarded ad is unavailable

Rewarded ads are optional and inventory dependent. Check the internet connection, review any consent prompt, wait briefly, and try the reward placement again. An ad may be unavailable for your device, region, or current network conditions.

A completed ad gave no reward

Return to the game and allow a moment for completion. If the reward still does not appear, reopen the relevant screen once, then email the placement or screen name and approximate time.

Notifications are missing

Open iOS Settings, find Dockside Defense, and confirm notifications are allowed. The game uses local iPhone notifications and does not currently require an online account or push-notification service.

Current service status

Game saves are local. Production accounts, online teams, global scores, leaderboards, live player-versus-player play, cloud saves, and in-app purchases are not currently enabled. Optional rewarded ads require an available ad from Google Mobile Ads or a participating provider.

Future features: If online account, team, score, cloud-save, or purchase services are enabled later, support and privacy information will be updated before those services are offered.

Privacy and local data

Read the Dockside Defense Privacy Policy for information about local saves, Google Mobile Ads and consent choices, local notifications, and future online services.

Deleting the app generally removes its local game container. Device or iCloud backups may retain a copy depending on your Apple settings. Black Thorn Labs LLC cannot directly erase information controlled by Apple, Google, or another advertising provider.
