REPLYPILOT

Build private, contact-specific reply rules on your iPhone. ReplyPilot prepares the response logic and walks you through the Apple Shortcuts steps that make it run.

Apple Shortcuts

Apple's own automation handles the message trigger and Send Message action.

Private drafting

Supported Apple Intelligence drafting stays on-device, with a fixed-reply fallback.

Your approval

You choose each contact, rule, reply mode, location permission, and automation.

Useful replies.
Hard safety limits.

ReplyPilot is designed for trusted contacts and predictable situations, with controls that reduce loops, over-messaging, and invented details.

01 · CONTACT RULES

Reply to the people you choose

Create named rules for selected contacts, fixed fallback text, automatic or Siri-approved replies, and a clear on/off switch.

02 · SMART MODES

Match the moment

Prepare different behavior for driving, meetings, sleep, work, or a custom mode, then connect it to Apple-supported triggers.

03 · REPLY CONTROLS

Keep automation contained

Set delays, per-person cooldowns, daily maximums, urgent phrases, and loop protection before any message is sent.

04 · ON-DEVICE AI

Sound more like yourself

On compatible iOS 26+ Apple Intelligence devices, ReplyPilot can draft from approved local writing examples without a cloud AI service.

05 · SIRI APPROVAL

Keep a human in the loop

Use supported AirPods, Beats, or CarPlay so Siri can read a message and ask before sending the reply you speak.

06 · LIMITED LOCATION

Share only what you allow

Location is off by default. A rule can allow a specific precision and expiration, and only for recognized location or ETA questions.

Guided setup.
Honest boundaries.

Apple protects Messages and personal automations. ReplyPilot cannot secretly create or inspect them, so it provides the exact steps and lets you test the finished automation.

Create a rule

Choose a trusted contact, reply mode, fallback message, and safety limits.

Open Shortcuts

ReplyPilot takes you to Apple's app and shows the next required tap.

Approve the automation

Select the sender, connect ReplyPilot's action, and use Apple's Send Message action.

Test it locked

Run a real test on your iPhone, then mark setup complete inside ReplyPilot.

Important: Apple does not give third-party apps permission to create, read, enable, disable, or verify a personal Message automation. ReplyPilot never presents a user-confirmed setup state as live Shortcuts access.

Privacy is the
architecture.

The app is built around the data Apple explicitly lets the user pass into a Shortcut, not around hidden access to Messages.

What ReplyPilot does

  • Stores rules and writing-style examples locally on the device.
  • Uses Apple's contact picker for people the user selects.
  • Accepts only the current message text and sender values connected by the user's Shortcut.
  • Returns prepared text to Apple's Send Message action.
  • Uses StoreKit for the planned ReplyPilot Pro one-time purchase.

What it does not do

  • Read the Messages database or earlier conversation history.
  • Monitor incoming texts in the background.
  • Send SMS or iMessage directly from the app.
  • Upload contacts, message text, or location to a cloud AI service.
  • Claim it can inspect whether a personal automation is active.

Release status

App Store submission is active.

ReplyPilot is being prepared for iPhone release. The free plan supports one person and five automatic replies per day. Lifetime Pro is a one-time StoreKit unlock.
