Email durian@blackthornlabsgames.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS version, ReplyPilot version, what you expected, what happened, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.

How automatic replies work

1. Create the person and reply rule in ReplyPilot.
2. Open Apple Shortcuts from ReplyPilot's setup guide.
3. Create or edit the personal Message automation and connect its current Shortcut Input to ReplyPilot.
4. Use Apple's Send Message action with the response returned by ReplyPilot.
5. Review the automation settings and enable it in Shortcuts.

Apple does not let ReplyPilot create, inspect, or enable a personal Message automation for you. ReplyPilot guides the setup, while Apple Shortcuts controls the trigger and sends the message.

If a reply does not run

• Open Shortcuts and confirm the personal automation is still enabled.
• Confirm the automation passes the current message as Shortcut Input.
• Confirm the ReplyPilot action is followed by Apple's Send Message action.
• Check the rule's schedule, cooldown, daily cap, urgent phrases, and reply-loop protection.
• Remember that ReplyPilot cannot inspect your automation and cannot monitor Messages in the background.

Free and Pro

The free plan supports one person and up to five automatic replies per day. ReplyPilot Pro is a one-time lifetime unlock purchased through Apple's StoreKit.

Restore lifetime Pro

Use the restore-purchase option in ReplyPilot while signed in to the same Apple Account used for the original purchase. Apple validates the entitlement. If restoration still fails, include the ReplyPilot version and iOS version in your support email, but do not send full receipts or payment details unless Apple Support specifically asks you to provide them through an official Apple channel.

Privacy and local data

Rules, selected contacts, and writing examples are stored locally. Read the full ReplyPilot privacy policy. Deleting the app and its data removes the local ReplyPilot profile.
